2.PI Issuance & Deposit Confirmation We issue formal Proforma Invoice with clear VIN, unit price, total amount, delivery port and payment rules. After receiving the deposit, machines will be reserved, and we arrange overall cleaning, maintenance and renovation work.
3.Pre-shipment Inspection & Customer Verification Every machine undergoes comprehensive performance testing on engine, hydraulic system and chassis. Real photos and operation videos will be sent to clients for final confirmation before shipment.
4.Document Preparation & Customs Declaration Our document team prepares full clearance papers including commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin. We finish standard export customs declaration to guarantee smooth clearance.
